Method
- Mix all ground meat and brown until fully cooked, strain all fat so only cooked meat remains. Boil water and add rice and cook. Please both ground meat and rice to the side to cool. Add peas, chopped carrots and broccoli to a food processor and blender, and blend. Add rice, then vegetables to th room temperature meat and mix. Use a 1 cup measuring tool and add this to freezer bags. Use food sealer to seal.
