Care package occasions
I have designed printed care package labels for many occasions. Below is a list of occasions for sending a care package. But you don’t need one you can just send one “Just because” These themed printed care package labels are all themed and make for a great visual when your care package is opened. Colorful and fun!
Decide on a label theme
Match the Occasion: Use colors, graphics, and fonts that reflect the purpose of the care package (e.g., birthdays, holidays, encouragement).Personalize: Consider including the recipient’s name, a short message, or a relevant quote.Use Consistent Colors/Designs: To tie the care package’s presentation together, choose a cohesive color scheme or design.
- Attach Stickers Directly: If using adhesive labels, simply peel and stick them onto the corresponding items.
- Tag with Twine: Loop a tag through a string and tie it around jars, bags, or bundles of items.
- Use Double-Sided Tape or Glue: If using printed labels on regular paper, affix them using double-sided tape or a glue stick.
- Gift Wraps & Envelopes: Label any small packages, envelopes, or wrapped gifts within the care package.
Consider Decorative Extras
- Ribbon and Washi Tape: Secure labels or add flair with colorful ribbon or decorative washi tape.
- Seal with a Sticker: Close letters or envelopes with a themed sticker that matches your label design.
- Color Coding: Color code labels for different types of items (e.g., green for snacks, blue for hygiene products).
- Organize the Care Package for Presentation–
- Layer the Items: Place labeled items strategically so key items or notes are visible upon opening.
- Grouping: Group similar items together (e.g., all snacks with food labels) to create a visually appealing presentation.
- Insert an Inventory Card: Consider including a list of all contents with brief descriptions if it’s a larger care package.
